Ajay has been on the forefront of Skill Development & Training Industry and has been instrumental in designing & implementing some path breaking initiatives in partnership with Industry in the areas of skilling unemployed youth in India. Ajay has been awarded the prestigious DNA Education Award for his outstanding contribution to Education Industry.

Ms. Shewta Sharma – COO Rise India Group

Shewta has been the driving force of Rise India. She has seen the successful launch of several brands and over the years, has earned her reputation as ‘launch expert’ in the industry. A go – getter and dynamic sales leader, Shewta set off on her career path at an IT training institute in sales and has acquired years of work experience.  

Throughout her career spanning over 20 years, she has gained precious corporate exposure in sales and operations and is proficient in driving numbers. She has proven her capabilities in forming alliances with various MNCs and vendor partnerships during her stint with karRox.

Mr. Amit Nevatia – VP – Business Development

A result-oriented professional with more than 23 years of experience in top ranking organisations in the Education and Skill industry. Amit has worked with various top organizations including NIIT , Microsoft & Pearson VUE. He has extensive experience in Business Development, Enterprise & Government Engagement, Program Management and Policy Advocacy. Amit has a consistent track record of high performance and business delivery with P&L responsibility. He is a Commerce graduate from Calcutta University along with being certified for Problem Solving PRO in 2016.”

Arvind Mukker – COO – Staffing Solutions

Arvind Mukker, an Alumnus of Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, New Delhi, is a Subject Matter Expert on Talent Acquisition, Staffing Operations & Student Placements; After heading National level Recruitment Businesses for Billion Dollar Plus Indian & Multinational Companies for 10 years, he took a plunge into Entrepreneurship for 5 years in the Space of Recruitment and HR Automation, Arvind currently handles a three dimensional role to Head the Staffing Business Udaya Vistara Solutions which has been formed to provide Career Opportunities and Livelihood to Skilled Youth of India; Support the Students trained by the Group through building National Level Alliances with the HR Fraternity and Head Talent Acquisition for Rise India

Mr. Naresh Sonpal – VP – B2B Division

Naresh Sonpal is a full time Vice President and Business Head for the B2B Division at Rise India. He comes with 18 years of Experience in Franchising, Business Development, Strategic Account Management, Strategic Planning. He is credited with bringing multi-year contracts during his tenure and has handled Team across cultures and geographies and culture. He has worked with Microland Limited, Carizen Software, Tecknowledge&Arrina Education Services and is on RISE board since mid 2015. He gets his edge with his perseverance and strong sense of diligence with internal and external customers. He also at ease working across functions in a start-up environment and is currently based out of RISE, Mumbai. He is a commerce graduate and has also successfully completed Strategic Management from IIM Calcutta in 2013. He has also been on the alumni of Quimpro and is a certified Problem Solving PRO since 2016.

Mr. Mukesh Bansal – CTO

Mukesh is full time CTO for Rise India. He is post graduate from BITS Pilani with 20+ years of business and technology experience in the areas of Education and Telecommunications. Mukesh holds various management and technical certification including: PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, ITIL and Agile Program Management from APMG UK. He is certified trainer too for PRINCE2, MSP and PRINCE2 Agile. He has managed various clients worldwide including Japan, Denmark, Germany, UK, US and India.

Mukesh was instrumental in growing Aricent Telecom / OSS business in UK from $100K to $10M. Prior to Aricent, he worked in Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and Instrumentation Ltd Kota. Mukesh has passion in education/skill development domain; he served as School Governor in 2009 in West Berkshire, UK. Mukesh loves social networking and held various social / political posts in England including: School Governor, Councilor for Newbury Town Council and Public Governor for Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for providing the technological guidance to the trust.

Mr. Sandeep Daftuar – VP – Business Development

Previous worked with technologies companies like Rosmerta Technologies Ltd as Vice President- Business Development , MapmyIndia as General Manager Sales & Marketing Carry rich experience in implementing and managing assignment of government & large corporates. Major contribution in Sales & Marketing, Business Development & competitive solutions that improve business results and customer relationships. In depth understanding of domestic & international market conditions, commercial risk, Identification of business opportunities, sales strategies, conducting commercial feasibility for on site and off site projects, new business development and strategic alliances.
